Background info
My name is Alex. I’ve been tutoring to some capacity for the past 4 years. My younger sister has ADHD, so getting her homework completed was a real struggle for my mom. After a while, I offered to step in and help. I used creative teaching methods and knowledge of developmental psychology to finally help my sister to begin to understand concepts and complete her homework. Whether your child needs a unique learning approach or just needs help getting extra practice, I’d love to help them succeed in school (grades K-8).

In order for kids to fully understand something, they have to understand the basic foundation for each new concept. Which is why one of my many customizable services includes reviewing and even reteaching material that your child may not understand.
CREATIVE APPROACH
There are 3 main learning styles (verbal, visual, and physical) and thousands of learning techniques. Every child learns differently because every person is unique in their own way and in their own ways of thinking.
